  • CUSTOMIZE
    • Opt-Out of one show in your series and use the value from your returned ticket towards another show in the 24-25 season at any Collaborative venue.* (Deadline for Opt-Out choice 8/15/24)
    • Choose any Subscriber Series Show at the other theatre for your Crossvenue show.** (Begins 4/29/24, Deadline 8/15/24)
    • Exchange your performance day/time up to 24 hours before your scheduled performance, by phone or in person, with no fees***. (Begins 4/29/24)
    • Add-On tickets to your subscription and access Subscriber Exclusive Shows before the general public. (Begins 4/29/24)
  • SAVE
    • 10% off qualifying shows at all Proctors Collaborative venues.
    • 10% off Collaborative School of the Arts courses at all Proctors Collaborative venues.
    • Access to flexible payment plans, including Buy Now, Pay Later. Enjoy paying over 10 months with no interest.
    • Exclusive pre-sale access to other shows at all Proctors Collaborative venues.
  • DISCOVER
    • One FREE ticket per subscription for a Try Me show, which are released throughout the calendar year.
    • FREE tickets to our annual Next Act! New Play Festival at theREP (details provided close to event).

*The value from your Opt-Out will be placed on account as Opt-Out Credit to use towards eligible shows at Proctors, Capital Repertory Theatre or Universal Preservation Hall. Opt-Out Credits must be used by the end of the season of the show in which you opted out of. Opt-Out Credit may not be used toward the following season’s subscription. Any remaining Opt-Out Credit at the end of the season will be forfeited.

For the 24-25 season, if you choose to Opt-Out of a show, you must do so by August 15, 2024. The Opt-Out Credit may be redeemed towards eligible shows scheduled to take place before August 31, 2025. 

** A few performances and price codes may require additional payment after your prepaid Crossvenue value is applied.

***Eligible subscription discounts will always be applied to pricing at the time of exchange. Pricing is affected by seating sections, subscriber tier, performance choices, and variable/dynamic pricing which can result in additional charges or banked credit on account.  Physical tickets may be required for exchanges and opt-outs.
