  • FLEXIBILTY
    • Opt-out of one show in your series and use the value from your returned ticket towards another show in the 2025-26 season at any Collaborative venue*(window 5/27- 8/15).
    • Exchange your performance day/time up to one week before your scheduled performance, by phone or in person, with no fees**(begins 5/27).
  • EARY ACCESS & TICKETING PERKS
    • Add-on tickets to your subscription and subscriber early access shows before the general public (begins 5/27).
    • Enjoy presale access to shows at all Proctors Collaborative venues, including Capital Reparatory Theatre, and Universal Preservation Hall.
    • Choose any Subscriber Series Show at the other theatre for your crossvenue show***(window 5/27- 8/15).
  • SUBSCRIBER PRIVILEGES
    • Enjoy having your favorite seat saved, year after year.
    • Receive advance notice of new shows at all Proctors Collaborative venues, including Capital Reparatory Theatre, and Universal Preservation Hall.
    • Access to flexible payment plans, including buy now, pay later. Enjoy paying over 10 months with no interest.
    • Access to Ovation Lounge 90 minutes before your show and during intermission.****
    • Save 10% off qualifying shows at all Proctors Collaborative venues.
    • One Free ticket per subscription for a Try Me show, which are released throughout the calendar year.
    • Free tickets to our annual Next Act New Play Summit at theREP.

*The value from your opt-out will be placed on account as opt-out credit to use towards eligible shows at Proctors, Capital Repertory Theatre, or Universal Preservation Hall. Opt-out credits must be used by the end of the season in which you opted out of. Your opt-out credit may not be used toward the following season’s subscription. Any remaining opt-out credit at the end of the season will be forfeited.

For the 2025-26 season, if you choose to opt-out of a show, you must do so by August 15, 2025. The opt-out credit may be redeemed towards eligible shows scheduled to take place before August 31, 2026. 

**Eligible subscription discounts will always be applied to pricing at the time of exchange. Pricing is affected by seating sections, subscriber tier, performance choices, and variable/dynamic pricing which can result in additional charges or banked credit on account.

***Select performances and price codes may require additional payment after your prepaid crossvenue value is applied.

****The Ovation Subscriber Lounge will be open during 90 minutes before Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday performances. The Ovation Lounge will not be open on Tuesday Night.
